With the current situation of COVID-19 virus threat and the curfew in many countries remote work is a must to overcome the situation.

How to make meetings where everyone participates remotely? How to lead workshops, brainstorming sessions when all or part of the team is not in the same room? How can we make sure that projects move forward, that information flows well when teams are spread over several locations and see each other less frequently?

First of all let’s start with the tools, you should have a laptop, computer or any other device able to connect to the internet and use a VPN connection to your company. Most important is the internet connection which should be at a certain level of throughput and reliability to be able to work in a convenient way. Last but not least is the meeting softwares which are various and can be Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom….

Today, remote meetings are held over the phone and / or using video conferencing tools. The webcam is not enough to participate in a meeting. It is essential that everyone can express their point of view so that the debate of ideas leads to concrete actions.
